Dom Hotel, Budapest // 05/09/2007

A new four-star hotel called Hotel Dóm, located on the corner of Thököly and Cházár András streets, in the 14th district of Budapest. According to the latest news , the constructor and owner VIP-Park Kft. is going to sell the hotel to a foreign company. The selling-price is expected to be 9,5 million Euros. The hotel is almost ready, the new owner has only to furnish it and give the guestrooms a new taste. The real estate company has built the hotel for his own risk. According to the basic conception, the hotel can be opened with six floors, in four-star category with 107 rooms, plus a 24 hours health-center, swimmingpool, a fitness and recreation center. In the building a "business woman wing" is planned to open and thank to the enviromental friendly building technology, the new owner can accentuate the enviromental sound caracter of the Dom Hotel.
